2. Get three letters of reference. References can be from pastors, employers, teachers and friends of the family. Other possible reference sources are those familiar with Charis Hills Camp.

*Someone from Charis Hills will contact you to set up an interview once your application and references are received and reviewed. This interview may be conducted over the phone or in person.
*You will be contacted as soon as possible regarding your employment status.
*A criminal history check is performed on all employees prior to camp.
*You are required to have a physical exam signed by your physician and a TB test within the previous 12 months. Proof of immunization records are also required prior to camp.
